Rahma Aloulou was born in 1985 in Sfax, Tunisia, . She received the engineering degree in Electrical Engineering and the Master degree in Electronics Engineering from Sfax National School of Engineers (ENIS), Tunisia, respectively in 2009 and 2010. In 2015 She received the PH. D. Degree She is currently working as an electronic Assistant Professor at Digital Research Center of Sfax .She is a member of LETI (Electronic and Information Technology Laboratory of Sfax University).
